We have established and trained a dedicated team all of whom implement rigorous quality control measures. This team combined with our high-precision processing equipment and test facilities offers a strong guarantee on high-quality products.

In the precision machining workshop, we produce equipment parts very precisely. This workshop is home to a multitude of CNC engraving and milling machines, mirror EDM machines, SEREIN 3D and 2D measuring systems, as well as other types of high-precision processing equipment. The high-quality and efficient processing equipment processes the machine parts in a meticulous fashion. This ensures our components possess high levels of dimensional accuracy.

Our stand-alone mold making workshop is equipped with various high-precision machines, including processing machines and testing machines, which ensures the in-house produced molds suit customers’ requirements perfectly.

We own a complete range of test facilities, including high-precision 3D coordinate measuring machines, 2D coordinate measuring instruments and many others.

All components which have already been precisely machined will be put through the high-precision 3D coordinate measuring instrument to further ensure great precision. This ensures the accuracy of the machined parts meets our design specific requirements.

Our highly-experienced welding operators ensure the quality of the weld, providing strong assurance of the products durability.

Tianyuan high-precision barrels are made from Type 316 stainless steel which has proven to be a high-quality medical grade material. Superior-quality raw materials during production can offer a guarantee that the liquid silicone rubber is not polluted.

The liquid silicone rubber which is placed in the directly-pressed barrel is completely injected in a single pass. There is zero residue or backflow phenomenon, which is a strong testament to our high-precision injection technique.

Precision Machining

In the machining workshop, we carry out traditional machining for machine parts. It is here we have several CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and other CNC equipment to ensure high quality machine parts.

The CNC machining center is drilling holes. This high-precision processing machine ensures the size accuracy.

Using a drilling process, the CNC machining center also bores holes.

In the precision machining workshop, we produce a variety of precise equipment parts. This workshop is home to 2 CNC engraving and milling machines, 1 mirror EDM machine, 3 EDM machines, as well as other types of high-precision processing equipment. The high-quality and efficient processing equipment is meticulous and precise, ensuring the highest possible levels of quality and dimensional accuracy.

2 CNC engraving and milling machines
The CNC engraving and milling machines are used for machining precise parts. The precision of these machines can reach 1μm, ensuring the precision guarantee.

Testing

High-precision 3D coordinate measuring instrument
We have a complete line measuring instruments, including high-precision 3D coordinate measuring instruments and 2D coordinate measuring instruments. All components that have gone through a high precision machining process will then be put through the 3D coordinate measurement instrument to further improve upon the precision. This ensures the accuracy of all machined parts so that they meet all specific design requirements.

Welding

In order to meet different welding needs, we utilize high frequency welding, CO2 arc welding, argon arc welding, and other welding techniques. Our experienced welding operators ensure the quality of all welding performances, ensuring top product durability.

Painting

Painting workshop
Our painting workshop uses high grade painting technology that is often found in automobile manufacturing plants. After scraping, polishing, painting, drying and other processes, all equipment features a clean surface and longer durability.

Part painting
After spraying the anti-rust primer, our operator will spray on a surface lacquer. This multilayer spraying process is just one of the reasons why each machine features a smooth, bright surface.
